No Returns

We do not accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, items cannot be returned.

Please review product descriptions and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund Eligibility (Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items Only)

We are happy to assist if there is an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts (deficit), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue and packaging

If the issue is verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
In these cases, no return of the item is required.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect item selection by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with our policy, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are only provided if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
